I am a mom to 3 amazing young men who are 17, 19, and 21. I have always loved working with children and couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
Hello, my name is Haley Robertson. I have worked at Summit for almost two years now. I’m a mother of a 4 year old little girl and another little girl on the way. I’ve been working in childcare field professionally for 11 years and volunteered for many years before then. I’m currently working on getting my CDA to further my career and education and look forward to many more years working for Summit. The thing I enjoy most about working with children is watching them try something over and over until they get it. The joy and excitement they have once they have succeeded makes it very rewarding and worthwhile to me. I personally love the environment at Summit. They really treat the children like their own and as a mother with children of my own that is extremely important to me. We are a family here!

Working at Summit is amazing because I get the opportunity to guide children through their early stages of life. My favorite things to do with the kids are the arts and crafts activities we do every day. We have so much fun painting and coloring. My hobbies are planning parties, going to a good concert, musicals, and the movies. I also enjoy a good book. I have been working at Summit since 2002. I can’t think of any other place I would like more. What I love most about Summit are the kids I teach. It makes my heart sing when I see them happy, laughing, and a love for learning. That is the greatest feeling ever! I love my kiddos.
I have 50 years of experience working w/ children. Over the years, I have played many different roles in the development of young children from preschool owner, director and classroom teacher. Obviously, working with children has been a life long journey.I am dedicated to nurturing of our children; the most important people.

My name is Ms. Debra. I have been in the school district for 15 years. One thing I have learned being a teacher, it takes many people to work together to do the dream work of educating children. I big heart to show children they are loved and safe. I have been with Summit for over a year in the toddler room. I love my sweet babies.

Watching that “light bulb” moment gets me every time! When you can physically see the look of joy on their little faces when they “get it”! That’s why I do what I do.

Children need to experience childhood! The individuality of each child should not be lost in the efforts to teach. Learning should be natural, rewarding and fun experience.
